Hey friends. Summer Time Trading Zone starts today. For a new trading zone, you need to go through all your watch list today and weed out stocks that are under $20 and weed out stocks that are over $100. That is what I am doing today. For every stock you remove, you need to try to replace that stock. Go to the daily, 2-year charts as shown below. Take the high and minus the low. If the stock is $25 or greater spread in movement, keep that stock on your watch list. The $25 or greater movement can be either up or down on the two-year, daily charts. For VICR, the stock high is $98.38. Its low was at $30.90 on the 2 year, daily chart. So, take $98.38 - $30.90 = 67.48. I would keep VICR because it has a $25 greater spread of movement up or down. It’s had a $67.48 movement on a 2-year daily chart. The direction can be up or down $25 or greater to add to your watch list. (VICR) Vicor Corp is a Nasdaq stock. I first looked through the Dow 30 stocks when looking for new stocks to add to my watchlist. Then I go through the Nasdaq 100 stocks. Then after that I go through the S&P 500 stocks. If you do this correctly, you should be using the same stocks I use. Once you weed out the stocks that are less than $25 in movement and add new stocks to your watchlist, you keep these new stocks and watchlists for the whole summer time trading zone. We do this for the beginning of each trading zone. It gives us fresh stocks that move! Message me to learn more at bjstrading@wallstreetsecretformulas.com
